RedStar Evolution Fuel Injector Test Bench
Off-the-car testing is the only way to verify that each injector is doing its job and allowing each cylinder to operate evenly for peak performance and fuel economy. The Spin fuel injector service stations come equipped with the features you need.
Flow Test
Use the graduated cylinders to measure the flow of up to 4 injectors (6 with the RedStar). Match sets of injectors for optimim engine performance, and observe the spray pattern.
Pressure Test
Adjust the pump pressure to the maximum the injector would normally experience to diagnose leaking or dripping injectors.
Cleaning
Use a combination of the ultrasonic bath and the washing function of the injector test bench to deep clean injectors and confirm an appropriate spray pattern.
